After years of developing its state-of-the-art corporate headquarters and Legacy Center, Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA) entrusted Three Box to introduce its new home to key stakeholders in a big way.
Read on to learn more about our strategies, tactics and results.
With only 10 other free-standing organ and tissue recovery centers in the United States, STA’s Legacy Center is an innovative add to Texas and the region. STA’s new center will help save thousands of lives through organ donation, and it deserved a worthy introduction. Three Box worked with STA to host a virtual grand opening and secure meaningful coverage with regional and national audiences.
Three Box collaborated with DHD Films to produce a virtual event with STA leadership, elected officials, industry leaders and organ donor families and recipients. The virtual platform allowed STA to include all of its stakeholders while maintaining safety standards during the COVID-19 pandemic. Three Box amplified the STA Legacy Center grand opening by engaging media with exclusive interviews, video assets and virtual tours.
STA far surpassed its original engagement goals for the grand opening, with earned media coverage alone reaching approximately 176 million people. Additional results include:
Earned media coverage with WFAA, WFMZ, D CEO Healthcare and Business Insider
Increased social media engagement compared to previous brand videos, including nearly 3.5K video views on LinkedIn and YouTube
Nearly 800 unique visits to the event landing page
Nearly 500 form completions, added to STA’s contact database
