Karna McCasland

Karna joined Three Box as a Senior Associate in 2021 and has since continued to shape strategic communication solutions for national and regional accounts. In her current role as Account Lead, Karna collaborates with a diverse array of clients across the consumer, professional services, nonprofit and infrastructure sectors. This multifaceted exposure has honed her adaptability to the varied needs of different business landscapes.

Her client roster includes the likes of Irving Flood Control District Section III, SST Accountants & Consultants, Compudopt, Frost Brown Todd, Drive Shack Inc. and the City of Waco, among others. Her client work has secured numerous industry awards, including a 2023 PRSA Dallas Pegasus Award for Marketing Communications with Republic National Distributing Company.

Before joining Three Box, Karna worked as a Director at LDWW, providing crisis communications for Carnival Corporation and wielding her pen as a copywriter for AT&T's data and innovation team. Her work in issues management, global communication and crisis communications with Carnival Corporation during the CDC’s Ban on Cruises during the COVID-19 pandemic earned industry recognition, securing two PRSA Silver Anvil Awards and a PRSA Award of Excellence in 2021.

Karna received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, majoring in Public Relations and Strategic Communication, graduating with an academic excellence award.
