Since joining Three Box as a Fellow in 2023, Ellie has brought a unique blend of creativity and analytical acumen to the team. Now an Associate, she is a versatile marketer and entrepreneur who seamlessly blends her expertise in data analytics and strategic communication.


At Three Box, Ellie serves clients across the healthcare, professional services, nonprofit, consumer and infrastructure sectors. Her client roster includes the likes of Southwest Transplant Alliance, ENT Specialty Partners, SST Accountants & Consultants, Chase Oaks Church, To Be Like Me and Vickery Trading Company.

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University, Ellie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing from the Hankamer School of Business and a secondary major in cello performance from the School of Music. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

While in college, Ellie founded and managed a business venture selling products across the U.S. through online, wholesale and local channels. She generated over $25,000 in revenue, managed a successful influencer marketing campaign and garnered recognition through awards, news articles and podcast features. Ellie also competed in Baylor University’s management consulting program, where she was mentored by partners at prominent consulting firms including Bain & Co., KPMG and Accenture and contributed to a comprehensive research report for a national sports technology brand.

Prior to Three Box, Ellie worked as a marketing intern for The HALL Group, where she honed her skills in content development, corporate communications and digital marketing.
